Step-by-Step Guide
- 1
Go to Profile โ Terms & Conditions. This is where you write the terms that clients will sign digitally.
- 2
You'll see two tabs: Collection Terms and Pre-Alteration Terms. Collection terms are signed when the bride collects her dress. Pre-alteration terms are signed before any work begins.
- 3
Tap either tab to edit the text. You have a full text editor โ write your terms in your own words, covering things like payment policies, liability, turnaround times, and cancellation rules.
- 4
Tap Preview to see exactly what the client will see before signing. When you're happy, tap Save.
- 5
If you want to start over, tap Reset to Default to restore the built-in template.
- 6
To collect a signature, open a client's profile and tap Collection Terms or Pre-Alteration Terms. The client reads the terms on screen, then signs with their finger on the signature pad.
- 7
A photography opt-out checkbox is included โ clients can choose whether they consent to their dress being photographed for your portfolio.
- 8
Once signed, the agreement is stored with the signature image, timestamp, and the client's name. You can view all signed agreements by going to Profile โ Signed Agreements.
- 9
Connected clients can also sign terms from their own app โ the terms you've written appear on their side, controlled by your Client Privacy settings in General Settings.
- 10
Terms can also be added to email footers. Go to Settings โ Email Template Settings and choose which terms to include at the bottom of appointment reminder emails.
