Step-by-Step Guide
- 1
Open the app and tap the Profile tab, then scroll down and tap Settings. This is where you control how LaceLink works for you.
- 2
Under Appearance, choose your theme — Light, Dark, or System (follows your phone's setting). The change takes effect immediately.
- 3
The Working Hours section lets you set your schedule for each day of the week. Toggle a day on or off, then set the start and end times. These hours are used when checking availability on the calendar.
- 4
Under Calendar & Appointments, you can toggle auto-sync to your phone's calendar so LaceLink appointments appear in your native Calendar app. You can also set a default appointment duration (30 minutes to 3 hours) — this pre-fills whenever you create a new appointment.
- 5
Tap Workflow Automations to set up automated actions — like sending appointment reminders a day before, or auto-archiving clients after their wedding date passes.
- 6
The Appointment Locations section lets you save location presets (name and address). When booking an appointment, you can pick from your saved locations instead of typing every time.
- 7
Boutiques lets you save boutique presets. These appear as a dropdown when adding or editing a client, so you can quickly assign brides to the right boutique.
- 8
Client Privacy controls which sections are visible to connected clients on their end of the app. Toggle off any section you don't want clients to see — Measurements, Dress Details, Payments, Alterations, and more.
- 9
Under Data & Diagnostics, you can export all your client data or view system logs for troubleshooting.
