Step-by-Step Guide
- 1
Due dates on tasks come from two sources: manually set when creating the task, or automatically inherited from the linked alteration's due date.
- 2
Tasks with due dates show a coloured date badge: green if the due date is more than 3 days away, orange if within 3 days, and red if overdue.
- 3
The planner highlights overdue tasks with a red border so they're impossible to miss.
- 4
To reschedule a task, tap and hold it on the time grid, then drag it to a new time slot. Release to drop it in place.
- 5
To move a task to a different day, tap the task and select Reschedule. Choose the new date and time from the picker.
- 6
If you need to move a task to the unscheduled list (remove its time but keep it), tap the task and select Unschedule.
- 7
When you reschedule a task, the due date does not change — only the planned working time moves. This way you can track whether you're ahead or behind.
