Auto-Plan & Scheduling

Let LaceLink automatically schedule your tasks based on due dates, priority, and available time.

Step-by-Step Guide

    With unscheduled tasks in your planner, tap the Auto-Plan button at the top of the screen.

    Auto-Plan looks at each task's due date, priority level, and estimated duration, then slots them into available gaps in your week.

  3. 3

    High-priority tasks and those with the nearest due dates are scheduled first. Lower-priority tasks fill remaining gaps.

    Review the suggested schedule. Tasks are shown as colour-coded blocks on the time grid: red for high priority, orange for medium, blue for low.

    If you're happy with the plan, it's already saved. If not, you can drag tasks to rearrange them manually.

  6. 6

    To clear all planned times and start fresh, tap the ••• menu and select Clear Week. This removes all scheduled times but keeps the tasks themselves — they move back to the unscheduled list.

  7. 7

    You can re-run Auto-Plan as many times as you like. It's especially useful on Monday mornings to plan your whole week.
