Boutique getting started
Open a boutique account, finish onboarding, and find Hub, Clients, Calendar and Sales.

Step-by-Step Guide

On the welcome screen choose Boutique, then create an account or sign in. Boutique signup is open in the app and at lacelink.co.uk/login.

Complete the onboarding steps: boutique details, preferences, optional staff invites, and optional demo data.

Use Hub for operations (inventory, dress orders, alterations, vendors). Clients is your bridal CRM. Calendar is appointments. Sales is POS and layaways.

Share your SmartBook link from the booking hub so brides can book on the website or in the app.

Turn on client emails from SmartBook settings when you want automated reminders (email, not SMS).

Invite staff from Profile if more than one person should use the boutique account.
