Managing Appointments
Create, view, and edit appointments using the calendar or the quick action button.

Step-by-Step Guide

To add an appointment, tap the gold + button (FAB) at the bottom-right of the Calendar screen. Select Add Appointment from the menu.

Choose the client from the dropdown — you can search by name. If you don't have the client yet, you'll need to add them from the Brides tab first.

Set the date and start time using the pickers. Choose the duration (30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or custom).

Select the appointment type: Fitting, Consultation, Collection, Final Check, or a custom type.

Add optional notes — for example, 'Bring bustle samples' or 'Bride bringing mother for second opinion'.

Tap Save. The appointment appears on your calendar immediately and is also visible on the client's profile.

To view or edit an existing appointment, tap its block on the calendar. A detail sheet slides up showing all the info. Tap Edit to make changes, or Delete to remove it.

The + button also offers a Quick Actions menu — Block Time is the second option, covered in its own guide.
