Alterations & Appointments

Add and manage alterations with due dates and costs, and schedule fittings directly from a client's profile.

Step-by-Step Guide

    On a client's profile, scroll to the Alterations section. Tap the + button to add a new alteration.

    Enter the alteration description (e.g. 'Take in bodice 2 inches'), set the cost, and choose a due date. The due date will appear on your planner so you never miss a deadline.

    Each alteration you add shows its description, cost, and due date in the list. Tap one to edit it or mark it as complete. Completed alterations get a Done stamp, and the total cost of all alterations is tallied at the bottom.

    For appointments, scroll to the Appointments section on the same profile and tap the + button.

  5. 5

    Choose the appointment type (Fitting, Consultation, Collection, or Custom), set the date, start time, and duration. Add optional notes for anything you want to remember.

    Saved appointments appear in both the client's profile and your main Calendar. Tap any appointment to view details, edit, or delete it.

    You can also add appointments from the Calendar tab — the client is selected from a dropdown instead.
