How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap "Sign Up", choose your account type (Seamstress or Client), and enter your name, email, and password. You'll be up and running in minutes!
Is LaceLink free to use?
Yes! LaceLink is completely free to download and use. All premium features are included at no cost. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
How do I send appointment reminders?
When creating or editing an appointment, toggle on "Send Notification" and choose your preferred method (SMS or Email). You can also set up automated reminders in the Appointment Reminders screen.
Can I customize my terms and conditions?
Absolutely! Go to your Profile, tap "Business Settings", then "Edit Terms & Conditions". You can customize both Collection and Pre-Alteration terms.
How do I generate an invoice?
Open a bride's profile, scroll to the Payments section, and tap "Generate Invoice". You can email or SMS the invoice directly to your client.
Is my data backed up?
Yes! All your data is securely synced to the cloud with Supabase. Your information is safe and accessible across all your devices.
